Product Pricing
We believe we offer the best value. Our prices are regularly checked and our competitors' pricing monitored to ensure that we are always competitive. This is why you may notice price fluctuations from time to time. Market forces also govern our pricing and we reserve the right at all times to change our prices without notice. Please be aware however that the price quoted on your order confirmation is always the price that you will pay.
Sales Tax (VAT)
Our prices shown on our web site include VAT where applicable.
Customer Support
Delivery within the United Kingdom
Royal Mail 1st class - Delivery usually within 2 to 3 days. However 5 working days should be allowed before contacting us if your order has not arrived.
International orders take 3 to 5 days depending on the country.
If in the event of a delay it is not possible to dispatch your order promptly you will receive an e-mail to advise you of this.

Guarantee / Right to Cancel
We are confident that you will be satisfied with the products you have ordered. As a result, we offer you a 60 days full refund of the price you have paid for the products (minus handling and processing costs (£5 per order). Should our products or services not live up to your expectations then please contact us.
If your products have been damaged in transit please retain the packaging and inform us immediately, giving as much information as possible. All damaged or faulty goods will be replaced with an equivalent product, or a refund will be given.
You must e-mail us to obtain a returns number and return instructions before sending any items back.
We endeavor to process and respond to returns within five working days.
